  • Be the best you can be, by understanding the power of positive thinking – ‘the Art of Brilliance’

ABOUT THE COURSE

The course recognises that HSE professionals come many different backgrounds but with a common challenge of ‘effecting change’ to improve HSE performance. This four day programme is led by an experienced professional management coach and develops participant’s awareness and knowledge of corporate strategy, organisational change, leadership, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, quality, customer care, communication, project management and team awareness.

Throughout the course, mini-case studies illustrating best practices are used to bring home the large differences that small changes in personal style and approach can bring.

The programme uses a case study based on a tired ringmaster as a metaphor for extracting extraordinary results from ordinary people. A copy of the associated text book is included in the price of the course.

The course assumes a working knowledge of HSE Management tools and techniques and participants are recommended prior attendance of one of the PetroSkills Applied HSE Management, Health, Safety and/or Environment courses.
